Once your online order has been processed and payment authorised, you will receive the following messages by e-mail:
Order Confirmation: Confirmation that we have received your order and the order number. You will receive this e-mail a few minutes after completing your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail and are still charged for the payment via the method you chose, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at [email protected].
Delivery information: This information is sent once the order has been processed and is ready for shipment from our warehouse. You will receive a second e-mail containing a DHL tracking number, allowing you to follow your order to its destination. The courier's system may take up to 24 hours to update the shipping information.
