Supposing a returned product does not pass quality control because it does not meet the conditions set out in our returns policy, the item will be returned to the sender. For a return to be accepted, the item must be intact: it must not be used or damaged, must have the original tags and include all original accessories in good condition. If these conditions are not satisfied, the return will be refused.
