RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

We accept requests for returns of orders on the site within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

You can drop off your parcel at any DHL Service Point within 5 (five) days of receiving the prepaid return label. If you have requested a home pick-up, you must give the courier the parcel on the agreed date and time.

CONDITIONS OF THE ITEM

The item must be intact, not be used or damaged. It must be returned with the tag and in its original packaging in good condition. If these conditions are unmet, the item will be rejected and returned to the sender. Altered or worn items will not be accepted.

RETURN COSTS 

The return cost is €10 to cover the return shipping cost and the creation of the shipping label. This charge is deducted from the order refund; however, the charge does not apply for products damaged on delivery or receipt of items other than the one ordered. A fee of equivalent to €10 is charged in all other currencies, depending on the local exchange rate.
