When will I receive my refund?Updated a year ago

Once the returns reach the warehouse and pass quality control, the refund process begins. Typically, refund times range from 7 to 12 working days from acceptance of the return, i.e. from when the product is deemed fit for return after quality control. It may take up to two weeks for the bank or credit card issuer to authorise the re-credit after processing the refund. The refund is made to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process a return without the original proof of purchase.
